Before you contact Howa 1500 Rifles

Order and shipping questions
Once you check out, you’ll get an order confirmation by email. Keep it, because the order number is the quickest way for us to find your rifle in our system. If you need to change the FFL dealer, the shipping address or the rifle itself, write to us as soon as possible so we can update it before it ships.
Your dealer will usually call you when the rifle arrives. Bring a valid government ID when you go to pick it up, and ask the dealer about any state paperwork or waiting period that applies where you live. If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, take photos before you leave the dealer and email them to us with your order number.
